Our AC and Refrigeration Maintenance Service Plan includes:
- Return air filter replacement & grille clean.
- Inspect air handling unit (AHU) drain, drain blowout & chemical clean.
- Clean AHU drip pan and add sanitizing tablets, evaporator coil check and coil clean with self-rinsing chemical.
- Fans inspection & cleaning to ensure proper air delivery.
- Check and wash condensing unit (CU) if fresh water available.
- Check of AHU & CU motor start capacitors & contactors.
- Checking and recording of refrigerant pressures to ensure. correct charge and absence of any leaks.
- Lubrication of bearings if required.
- Inspect power and control wiring and disconnect switch.
- Record system amperages.
- Check thermostat (control system) function & batteries and check system safeties.
- Measurement and recording off-coil air conditioning.
- Produce periodic inspection report for stratas & advise concerning recommended repairs.
