Temperatures in the Cayman Islands can reach extremes, so having a reliable air-conditioning system in your home or office is important.

Mechanical Solutions will supply, install, and service residential and commercial air conditioning systems. We focus on quality service and installation and will supply any of a number of major brands including Trane, and others.

Small to medium size air conditioning systems fall into two main categories, ducted and ductless.

Large installations often employ chilled water. Ductless systems are particularly useful for computer rooms and retrofit applications.

They require minimum space and their installation is less intrusive than systems involving ducting. There are also no ducts to clean and maintain.

We also supply and service traditional ducted systems with air handlers.
We have experience with both VAV (variable air volume) and VRV (variable refrigerant volume).
